SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Location: Gaborone, Botswana

Mariri Speech Therapists and Audiologists is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated Speech and Language Pathologists to join our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders

• Marketing the speech therapy clinic to increase visibility and client referrals

• Meeting the obligated monthly targets set by the clinic

• Maintaining accurate client records and progress reports

• Working collaboratively with clients, caregivers, and other professionals

• Upholding professional, ethical, and clinical standards at all times

• Design and implement outreach programmes.

• Conduct school visits and carry out assessments and follow-up sessions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience

• Valid OPC

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and marketing skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
