Requirements
- Recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Retail, Business, Commerce or similar preferred)
- Strong ambition to build a career in retail leadership
- High levels of energy, resilience, and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work retail hours and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- High levels of accountability and integrity
