Diamond Trading Company Botswana (DTCB) is a 50/50 Joint Venture Partnership between the Government of the Republic of Botswana and De Beers Group. It is the world’s largest and most sophisticated rough diamond sorting and valuation operation.
We are looking for an innovative and creative Training Administrator to provide administrative support to the Diamond Academy Manager and Organisational Effectiveness & Talent Manager for all pre and post-training related activities.
The individual will be responsible for training administration, ensuring compliance with training activities and calendars, conduct training claims and other administrative activities of the position.
Knowledge and skills required are, problem-solving, planning and organizing, communication, training processes and practices, decision-making and application of Microsoft suite package
You are required to have a Diploma in Business Administration/HR or related field.3 years post qualification experience in Human Resource Management, 1-year training administration environment. Experience in coordinating training claims from HRDC will be an added advantage.
