Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all mechanical, Electrical, and electronic maintenance including PLCs to be done according to maintenance manuals
• Willingness to work on shifts
• Do preventative maintenance tasks as required
• Be able to do root cause analysis on breakdowns
• Ensure that maintenance on processing, Tetra Pak filling and downstream machines, GEA homogenizer and sterilizing equipment in is performed as per maintenance schedules
• Be able to do any ad hoc tasks, both mechanical and electrical, as usually found in a processing environment
• Available for call outs

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should be a qualified Millwright / Electrician artisan and have at least 5 years’ working experience with food packaging/ processing machinery (Tetra platform will be advantageous)
• Technical/ analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Maintain team good work
• Have Knowledge of the Tetra machines
• Computer Literacy
• Sound Knowledge of the business
• Good communication skills
