Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes across multiple sections.
• Managing prep lists, monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering.
• Maintaining good food quality control and consistent plating quality & creativity.
• Communicating effectively with front-of-house staff and supporting junior team members during peak service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years proven experience with traceable references.
• Strong fundamental skills of food preparation and sanitation.
• Knowledge of the different sections of the kitchen.
• Willingness to learn.
• Great team player attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.
