We are looking for waiters, who are willing to work early mornings, late evening, weekends and on holidays reporting to the supervisor. Applicants with experience in hotels, resorts, Motels, lodges & Restuarants or qualification in hospitality industry will have an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers ,present menus and explain daily specials to customers
  • Answer questions related to menu items and make recommendations
  • Take food and beverages orders for customers
  • Relay for and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
  • Prepare drinks and food garnishes
  • Carry trays of food or drinks from kitchen to the dining tables
  • Remove dirty dishes and glasses and clean tables after customers finish eating

Requirements

  • Education: Cambridge certificate
  • Experience:
    • Skills Developed: Excellent communication, multitasking, customer service, conflict resolution, and working well under pressure.
    • Physical & Mental Demands: Long hours on your feet, navigating busy environments, and managing stress.
    • Daily Tasks: Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food/drinks, handling payments, and menu knowledge.
    • Customer Interactions: Dealing with varied customer types, from pleasant to demanding, requiring patience and professionalism.
