We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Team in Gaborone .
Candidates shall need to have some experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry.

Job Summary:

Restaurant/hospitality workers are responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting overall restaurant/hospitality operations. Duties may include food preparation, customer service, cashiering, stocking and cleaning, and other general tasks as needed. Workers must have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take customer orders, input into point-of-sale system, and deliver orders in a timely fashion
– Prepare food items according to recipes and presentation standards
– Restock and organize supplies, ingredients, and equipment
– Clean and maintain work areas, floors, and customer seating areas
– Operate cash registers and handle customer payments
– Assist with other tasks as needed to support overall restaurant/hotel operations
– Comply with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or other customer service environment preferred
– Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
– Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work area
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred
