CLIENT SERVICE CONSULTANT

Reporting to the Client Service Team Leader, the incumbent’s brief will be to process payment claims, maintain client’s policies, handling client’s queries and general policy maintenance. The individual should have a well developed level of computer literacy and an in depth knowledge of customer service

Key Performance Areas

• Maintain and update policies.
• Process movements for refunds, loans and surrenders;
• Handle chent enquiries and queries.
• Assist clients with completion of application forms.
• Process claims;
• Process payment of claims.
• Provide policy contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree m Accounting, Business Studies or any related field or
• Diploma to a business related course with 2 years experience in  long term insurance administration or Client Service.
• Computer Literacy.
• COP will be added advantage
