Customer Relations Officer – Bokamoso Hospital

Role Summary

Customer Relation Officer handle the concerns of the clients/patients and rectifies issues experienced by customers as well as aim to improve the hospital’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.

Key Work Output and Accountabilities

• Doing ward rounds on daily basis and addressing issues that hinder excellent customer services.
• Ensures effective and efficient reception services is provided to patient and any other visitors or relatives.

• Meeting and greeting clients at the main door
• Escorting executives for their medicals
• Explain services and make new and follow-up appointments for executives.
• Provide directions to patients and visitors in the hospital
• Keep up to date with current services and specialist to provide accurate information to the clients
• Assist in Marketing projects

Inherent Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations will be an added advantage
• Must have 2 years experience in customer service

• Computer Literacy
