POSITION: L & D Administrator
JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: Co-ordinate, support and administer general trainmg functions and render specific administrative support to internal and external customers. Provide assistance to I he Training Officers and Training Coordinator In respect of all training processes and procedures
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES).
- Ensure that standard Training procedures are adhered to on site
- Assist the Training Officers in determining training needs
- Co-ordinate training courses and interventions.
- Inform all HOD’s well In advance of any employees required to attend training courses
- Record keeping and filing.
- Liaise with BOA regarding new qualifications and deregister old unit standards
- Ensure that all Learnership and Apprenticeship Contracts are in place and signed.
- Responsible for training progress reports, capturing of training provided, as well es all relevant reporting.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- BGSE / O levels
- Relevant Admin qualification will be an advantage EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3*5 years’ experience in an Office Administration environment
- Preferably at least 2 years’ related work experience m an Outcomes based Training environment.
- Knowledge of BQA processes
- Must be fluent m English and Setswana
- Must have a valid dnver’s license.
- No criminal record
KNOWLEDGE. SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent MicroSoft Office skills
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels within the organization
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines
- Has a high level of integrity and able to work with confidential and sensitive information
