Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, the Human Resources Practitioner win be responsible for providing a one stop HR Service to the Mine departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Social Science Diploma / Degree.
• Five (5) years post qualification experience in recruitment and industrial relations of which two (2) years should have been at a similar position.
