ENGAGEMENT ON TEMPORARY BASIS

POST:REGISTRATION CLERKS TEANABLE AT MOLEPOLOLE NORTH,MOLEPOLOLE SOUTH,LENTSWELETAU/MMOPANE CONSTITUENCIES.

Applications are invite from the suitable qualified citizens of Botswana for the above mentioned post open at the Independent Electoral Commission teenable at Molepolole north,Molepolole south,Lentsweletau/Mmopane constituencies.

The appointment will be for the duration of Voter registration exercise which will run from 3rd September 2018- 11th November 2018.

RENUMERATION:
•B4/B5 (p2469.00- p3516.00)per month

QUALIFICATION:
•Cambridge school certificate/BGCSE or equaivalent.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:
•Directly reports to registration supervisors.
•Indirectly reports to Principal Election Officer.

MAIN DUTIES:
•The overall registration of voters within their respective polling station.
•The maintanance and safe custody of stock of registration books/forms enstrusted to them.
•Ensures that voters who applly to be registered pocesses the relevant requirement for registration otherwise advising them accordingly.
•Adhering to the laid down employment procedures.
•Undertakes any other duties assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
•6 days per week.
•1 day off.

WORKING HOURS:
•0800HRS-1800HRS Weekedays
•0900-1600HRS
