Applications are invited from suitable qualified citizens for the below mentioned post tenable at Dibete Ostrich Multiplication Unit for 6 months.

Vacant Position:                      1  X   Office    Cleaner

Salary Scale:                             A  3 (P17 148.00 per annum)

Leave rate:                               20 Working Days/ Per annum

Qualifications:                        STD 7/JC/ BGCSE/COSC

DURATION:                            6 Months

REQUIREMENTS

• Be a citizen of Botswana
• Should be 18-45 years
• No criminal records
• Physically and mentally fit
• Be of sober habits
• Must be able to read and write English and Setswana
• Candidates should not have worked in DOMU for the past 1 year on temporary basis

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain daily cleanliness on Government buildings (Offices, passages, storerooms) by sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, washing polishing the floors, walls, windows, toilets, doom, ceilings desks as applicable using appropriate equipment and materials and general cleaning at the hatchery.
2. Prepare tea for staff and visitors as instructed
3. Report any damaged property to the supervisor
4. Cleans and safely stores all utensils, equipment and materials after use
5. Performs any other duties as per assigned by the supervisor
