Natural Selection Safaris – Accounts Clerk

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting/AAT
• Preferred candidate must have at least 2 years of clerical experience
• Excellent with Excel – Knowledge and use of simple formulas
• Organized, attentive to detail and able to multi task
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of Pastel will be an added advantage

Duties
• The accounts clerk will be responsible for the day to day transactional accounting
• Processing invoices in Evolution and attending to queries relating to invoices
• Filing of invoices and following up with outstanding invoices for payments
• Assist in month end close processes as needed
• Assist in performing monthly stock counts
• Completion of BURS returns and ensuring submission is done on time

The above duties are those considered to be essential but do not represent all job functions that may be required to be performed by this position. The accounts clerk will interact closely with everyone in the team.
