Clinical Manager/Lead Clinician

Main Purpose of the Job:
Key areas of responsibility include managing the Counselling Clinic and supervising the Clinical Team.
Job Responsibilities
• Promotes clinical excellence in all areas of Employee Assistance Programme delivery by
– ensuring adherence to governance standards,
– assessing quality
• Provides professional leadership to all in– house and affiliate staff.
• Supports the sales and account management function
• Facilitates and manages referrals of high risk cases, clinical cases, managerial referrals, substance
related cases and group trauma debriefings.
• Manages the Call -Centre
