KEY COMPETENCIES

• Provide secretarial assistance to the Managing Director
• Producing letter, memos, reports, filing and general administration for the office
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for management team within required deadlines
• Input customer enquiries into the marketing system and produce mail shots as required
• Liaise with sales consultants and ensures they receive relevant copies of pricelists, memos and reports

• Assist sales with all other marketing coordination duties
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• Production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion for each events
• Working with company colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
• Working to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing and event strategies

• Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the company by maintaining regular contact with both ensuring that communication flows effectively
• Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
• Source new clients

• Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Oral and written skills
• IT literacy

• Strong project management/organisatlonal skills
