Our small team consists of a handful of exceptionally talented and hardworking people who don’t mind going the extra mile and stepping in to help out wherever is needed.

Job Description

Sales and Customer Service (1 Position)

• Greet and determine the needs of every customer that walks through the door.
• Know every product inside and out and be able to tell the story behind it.
• Handle product returns and repairs impressively. We stand behind every product for the of it and take pride in friendly, no hassle returns.
• Help grow our customer base by adding customers to our database list.
• Be an integral part in the conversation between the sales staff and procurement team. Give feedback to help source better products and fits and alert procurement if there are any problems with the product.
• Be comfortable speaking on the phone. We often times follow up with customers on the phone to follow up on their lay-by purchases.
