Key Performance Areas
• Regulatory reporting
• Internal Reporting on financial risks
• Conduct stress testing on credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, operational risk capital risk and combined stress
• Risk monitoring, measurement, reporting and analysis
• Operational risk oversight, monitoring and reporting
• AML/CFT Risk
• Compliance Risk
• Capital Planning
Requirements –qualification, experience and competencies
1. Degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics from a recognized university
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in financial or banking sector
3. High Level (above average) of Quantitative Methods, Statistical Analysis, Econometrics and Modeling
4. Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (PRM) and Professional Risk Manager Certification will be added advantage.
5. Responsive and efficient
6. A team player
