2 Receptionists Wanted

RESPONSIBLE TO Office Manaqer

We are looking for 2 office receptionists for our medical Center

The receptionists will report to the office manager and will be responsible for office administration including

• Reception, responding to telephone calls and emails and greeting clients
• Handling and distributing mail
• Filing and photocopying
• Maintaining records, including checkinq accounts and invoices

The job will be full time, with shifts form Monday to Sunday

Successful applicants must have:

• Relevant previous reception experience lat least one yearl

-Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills

-Stronq communication and interpersonal skills

-Stronq organizational skills and attention to details

A Certicate in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is desirable
