Tsamama Tours (Pty) Ltd it a Joint Venture Company between Botswana Tourism Organisation (BTO) and Tsamama Development Trust registered to operate the Tsabong Eco-Tourism Camel Park The company’s main vision is to diversify the country’s’ tourism offering to include cultural and heritage tourism entertainment recreation and leisure tourism

1. PARK GENERAL MANAGER-JOB SUMMARY

The Park General Manager is tasked with ensuring that all aspects of running the Park are in accordance with the protocols that have been set in place Areas of responsibility include Human Resource. Guest Experience, standards. Environmental. Health and Safety, financial Management and reporting

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree m hospital management or equivalent
• Proven working experience in the hospitality field for a minimum of five (5) years and
• Ability to work flexible hours

2. PROFESSIONAL GUIDE

Reportng to the Park Gener.Y Manager, the Guide vwD be responsible for escorting and providing guding services to guests, interpretation of flora & buna. cdojre and hstory of the local people & general enwrenment around the Park Montonng the Hera and burn withn the park uOkong the methods prescribed by Management and submit timely reports as requred

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Examination (BGSCE)/ Cambndge O Level
• Botswana Guides License ( Full Professonal Guide)
• Dover’s License with PRDP.
• Basic Level 1 First Aid Training
• Proven working experience in the Guiding field and

• Ability to work flexible hours
