QUALITY COORDINATOR – BOKAMOSO PRIVATE HOSPITAL

To be responsible to implement quality management processes, monitor and advise on issue of compliance to local and International quality standards. To ensure compliance of the Hospital Policies and Procedure and monitor the quality Improvement projects. Actively participate in Hospital Strategic Planning and Implement processes.

• Act as a key contact person with accreditation bodies
• Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards.

• Develop, Implement and update Quality Monitoring and Improvement Plan for the hospital as per COHSASA, or other International Standards
• Recommend quality tools and techniques to be used in measuring departmental quality performance indicators.
• Liaise with other hospitals to benchmark their quality processes and provide feedback report to the Management.
• Ensure staff are trained on updated policies.
• Monitor daily/weekly or monthly departmental risk assessment and give recommendation.

• A relevant nursing qualification (Diploma/ Degree in nursing).
• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery council of Botswana as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in quality management in a hospital setting is required.
