Property Consultant

The role will involve Property Valuation, listing and selling property in the Gaborone and surrounding areas, so sales experience is a bonus but not a must. Good package for the position offered.

Applicants must be fluent in English and Setswana (written and spoken), and other languages would be an advantage.

What will you need?

• At List Degree in Land Economics or Management Registered member of REAC, REIB,
• Excellent command of both the English and Setswana language
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business
• Confident in supporting executive management
• Passion for working with numbers
• Excellent attention to detail
• A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to work on projects and solve problems independently.
• Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team, to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results
• Good Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and corel draw)
• Previous Property Valuation and Sales experience beneficial
• Driver’s licence essential
