Job Summary
To perform receiving, binning, Issuing and proper storage of stock in accordance with
Operational standards.

Minimum requirements
– Diploma /Certificate in Supply chain Management
– 2 years practical post qualification experience in a supply chain management environment

Key Effectiveness Areas
– Assists in the compilation of budgets by providing information based on resource requirements
– Receive goods from the Receiving Section and checks them for correctness against goods receipt
documentation (checks for quantity and specifications
– Acknowledges the goods received and completes the relevant systems transactions to update the quantities
– Bins items in the correct location
– Processes goods issued by ensuring appropriate packaging and placement according to their respective
routes

– Prepare documentation for all out bound goods and internal deliveries
– Receives returned inventory into the warehouse and processes all applicable systems entries
– Captures all physical stock movement on the system inventory Module
– Resolves queries related to receipts , binning issuing returns and transfers
– Captures and issues transfers on returns of incorrect stock
– Adheres to warehouse housekeeping and materials handling best practices
– Adheres to safety ,health and environmental programme in area of responsibility
