The De Beers Global Sightholder Sales avails to you a 4 months Learnership Programme accredited with BQA. This programme gives eligible candidates a unique opportunity to gain work experience, skills and knowledge in the Botswana Diamond Industry. Learners will receive a Certificate of Competence in Diamond Sorting and Evaluation from the De Beers Global Sightholder Sales Diamond Academy.

Previous industry experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite for a place on the programme.

De Beers Global Sightholder Sales (DBGSS) is offering four (4) months Learnership Programme, which gives eligible candidates a unique opportunity to gain work experience, skills and knowledge in the diamond industry.

Upon completion of this programme, learners will receive a Certificate of Competence in Diamond Sorting and Evaluation.
