The Dialogue Group is searching for a Senior Consultant to lead our team of Public Relations professionals.

The successful candidate’s ambit of work will cover Strategy, Public Relations Practice, Project Management and Activations for clients active in the private and public sector in Botswana.

The role entails strategy and plan development, overall project management, relationship management and strategic counsel.

The Dialogue Group is looking for a confident professional who can:

– Build and maintain relationships with clients at the highest level.

– Take responsibility for the profit management and growth of accounts under their direction.

– Deliver work of a very high professional standard.

– Work independently with minimal supervision.

– Manage and motivate teams.

Skills and Experience:

– Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a Communications and PR environment

– Agency experience is essential.

– Proven strategic and project planning/management skills.

– A Degree or Diploma in Public Relations; Communications.

– An extensive track record of delivery.
