Food and Beverage Manager

Delta Meat Deli is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of a specialised bakery.

The Applicant needs to be able to create a broad range of general and specialized baked goods and pastries (such as choux and phyllo pastries).

Must have knowledge of flours and the mixing of flours, as well as knowledge and experience in specialty health baking, including the production of long life breads, alternative breads such as keto and gluten free.

Applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the bakery kitchen including staff training, health and safety in the kitchen, budgets, ordering, stock controls and quality controls.

Tertiary requirements: Diploma or Degree in Catering Services.
