To provide a technical IT repairs service to customers by diagnosing and/or repairing customers’ IT equipment.

Education and experience:

· Matric

· A+ Comptia Certification

· 1 year Experience in dealing with hardware warranties

· A minimum of 1 year hardware repair experience

· Customer Service experience
