Oasis Water Gaborone is looking for a mature and experienced Administration Officer. Your role shall include the following:
Receive and Keep records of stock – (Stock Bin) & provide weekly stock control to
Management Report.

Capture daily sales from the different stores and produce a trade position monthly to management
Take charge of daily supervision of the factory staff
Assist the Managing Director with the production of monthly management Accounts and Debtors control and management.
Be responsible for computation and submission of Value Added Tax and PAYE to Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS) and any other tax related issues.
Qualifications: AAT and at least 2 years work experience, with direct involvement on the above areas. Knowledge of Pastel and driver’s license is added advantage.
