General Manager – Operations : Salary P25000 per month

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 15 Years relevant management experience
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification would assist with work permit application however preference will be given to Botswana citizens.
• Clean traceable references
• Must be self-motivated and organized
• This is a “hands on” position and not suitable to applicants wanting an office only environment
• We are a “wheels” based business and technical experience will be an advantage. Our mobile camps are moved by vehicle every few nights to a different destination.
• Mobile safaris can be a high-pressure environment and you must be able to work flexible hours and make decisions under pressure
