Duties and Responsibilities

• Take control of your team as the company goes through an exciting growth period.
• Planning and monitoring work withing the workshop
• Managing the stock and production level
• General admin for personnel and record keeping
• Quality Control

Skills

• Essential: Understanding of and experience with Electrical and Mechanical techniques and auto cad
• Strong expense and account management (added advantage)

Aptitude

• Able to make critical decisions under pressure while and well being of the staff you are responsible for.

Qualifications

• Retail Manager

Experience

• At least five years working experience as  a manager
