RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide high level of customer service through accord & professional management of the front office
•Coordinate Office activities & operations to secure efficiency & compliance to company policies
•Manage agendas,appointments for upper management
•Manage phone calls and correspondence(e-mail & letters)
•Be able to discipline front desk associates
•Assist other colleagues whenever or wherever possible

REQUIREMENTS
•Diploma in Secretarial Services
•COP will be an added advantage.

(BSc/BA in Office Administration or relevant field will be preferred.)
