Estate Supervisor – Louiville Gabz North Homeowners Association (HOA)

Our client – Louiville Gabz North Homeowners Association (HOA) is looking for a responsible individual to fill the position of Estate Supervisor. 

The successful candidate will manage the estate’s affairs, contractor workers, supervise security personnel, common areas, collecting service charge/levies, personnel records, landscaping contract, review expiring contracts and report to the HOA Committee. If you are up to the challenge, possess a Degree/Diploma in Business Admin and 3 years estate management experience, then we are looking for you.
