HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years HR Generalist experience
• Extensive Knowledge of Botswana Labour Laws
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes

• Provide a general human resources service to shop floor
• Recruitment planning and selection
• Dissemination and enforcement of the Company’s disciplinary policies and code
• Handle employee grievances
• Offer employee guidance on matters of their conditions of service
• Represent human resources during disciplinary enquires
• Weekly and monthly employee relations reporting
• Coordinate employee relations climate surveys and analysis of data
• Employee employment contracts management
