Brief Job description

The guide trainee is responsible for the following
•Host and entertain guests during meal times and scheduled activities
•Escorting and ensuring guests safety around the camp and during guests’ activities.
•Adhering to the camp manager’s instructions efficiently.
•Maintaining company assets such as boats, game drive vehicle etc to ensure longevity.
•Perform airstrip transfers as required.
•Upholding conservation ethics in all behaviors and practices.
•Conducting and encouraging all activities offered at the base camp in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements

•A Botswana professional guide license will be an added advantage.
•Valid Botswana drivers license.
•Valid Omang (National identification card)..
•BGCSE certificate
•Must be a citizen
•Fluent in both written and spoken English
•Well presented and professional
•Team player

Candidates with the below will be a added advantage:
•A valid PrDP.
•Prior experience of hosting and interacting with guests.
