Coordinator Corporate Strategy – Botswana Bureau of Standards

The successful applicant will be expected to manage the development and implementation of the corporate business strategy as well as develop and maintain BOBS’ business risk profile.

Key Performance Areas

• Execute the corporate strategy
• Effective implementation of corporate business strategy
• Existence of organisational performance rating
• Identification of corporate risks

Minimum Education or Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Must have training in Balance Score Card
• Post Graduate qualification in Strategic Management and Risk Management would be advantageous

Competencies:

• Implementation of Balance Score Card
• Risk Management
• Management and Leadership Skills
• Strong Communications and interpersonal skills

Key Skills and Experience:

• Three years of strategy implementation at management level is required.
