BUSINESS MANAGER – WESTWOOD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

• Understanding of, and commitment to, the Westwood International School mission and the mission of the International Baccalaureate Organization.
• Significant experience working in a related role, preferably in a school with Baccalaureate experience is an added advantage
• Must be a BICA member in good standing with at least 5 years post qualification experience at managerial level
• High level finance management skills, including experience in developing, managing and reporting on significant budgets including delegated cost centers and external processing costs.
• Experience in developing and maintaining appropriate financial management information and reporting systems(Pastel preferred)
• Ability to oversee the schools IT function
• Ability to oversee the schools maintenance function, including projects, facilities management, development and construction
• Experience in developing longitudinal strategic associated financial plans
• Experience with overall provision of Human resources services, policies and programs for the school
• Has experience in HR best practice, and knowledgeable of the HR legal and other compliance requirements of Botswana
• Significant experience in leading teams in operational and project management roles, and ability to respond quickly and appropriate to charging circumstances
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• High level communication and interpersonal skills
