1) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ RECEPTIONIST X 1

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities and other tasks.

2) ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT X 1

Who will work with the organization’s Accounting department? The role involves assisting accounting officials/senior management in the maintenance, reporting and management of the company’s finances, management of petty cash transactions, controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time and other roles involved in accounting.
