FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER 

Key areas of responsibility include:
= Financial planning
= Financial accounting, management and reporting
= Payroll Management
= Leadership of a team comprising of accounting and IT resources

Job Requirements
= BComm or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts
= Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA
= Registered member of BICA under Associate of Fellow category
= Minimum of ten years’ post qualification experience, five of which should have been at managerial level
= Experience in the mining industry would be an added advantage

= Good leadership and management skills
= Good conceptual skills to see the “the big picture” and ability to adapt easily in an ever-changing environment
= Ability to work under pressure
= Excellent organizational skills
= Strong integrity and professionalism
= Good commutation skills both written and spoken; good report writing skills
= Risk management
= Demonstrate knowledge of IFRS, income Tax Act and VAT Act
= Proficient user of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word as well as accounting and payroll software such as Delta, ERP, accpac, Pastel, PayFocus, etc.
