Panda is a well established Botswana company specialising in Clay Brick Manufacturing which requires the services of a Production Manager for the branch at Lobatse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordinating of all production, productivity and quality activities of the operation. This rewarding position calls for the appointment of an energetic, hands on individual with technical experience to maintain the machinery with good communication skills and previous experience of clay mining in an open pit.
The successful candidate must have at least 10 years practical experience in running a clay brick operation with a proven record. The candidate must have tertiary qualification in ceramic technology and should be specializing in heavy clays refractory.
