General Manager 

The following are minimum requirements,
# Minimum of 15 years experience in the FMCG market and over 7 years of which must have been at senior management.
# Accustomed to managing multi-site distribution operations in FMCG industry.
# Training and background in Sales, Marketing and Merchandising within retail and Distribution market in Botswana.
# Excellent knowledge of SAP, ERP, Excel and PowerPoint.
# Good presentation skills.
# Practical and accounting experience is required.

# Must have Botswana Qualifications Authority accreditation on one or more of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Business Communications; for coaching development of employees.

Key Performance Areas

# Provide leadership in the areas of accounting management, business development and training.
# Managing the marketing and product development team to enhance company growth.
# Monitor all operating results against plans and budgets.
# Reporting to Group Managing Director.
