Events coordinator

Our company, Webland Internet Engineering PTY (Ltd) is looking for an Event Coordinator at university fresh graduate level, a two years’ experience on coordinating workshops or conferences of an IT calibre will be an added advantage. You will handle events from start to finish, leading a dedicated in-house team and external contractors for all workshops.

As the primary point of contact for Wbland, you will primarily coordinate with business owners, sales and marketing teams, and conference exhibitors. Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or any ICT related degree, has successfully worked on events with atlease 20+ attendees, and has a great deal of self-sufficiency in accomplishing their duties.

Our goal is to increase the number of corporate events booked at our conference centers, and we hope you can help us get there.

SKILLS TO POSSESS:

• Ability to work independently
• Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners
• Experience coordinating large-scale events
• Familiarity with event registration software
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, marketing or ICT related areas
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
