Job Description

Is the Chief Accounting Officer of the Bank. Develops and implements Financial Management and Accounting Strategies for the BankManagement and Statutory Financial Reporting based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Central Bank Guidelines. Coordinating and Compiling and monitoring Bank wide Revenue and Cost Management Budget to ensure that the Bank achieves its strategic goals that include Revenue, Return on Equity, Profitability, Cost/Income Ratio etc. Manage Procurement and Bank Asset preservation policies to protect Bank interests.Implement Bank Compliance policies on all forms of taxation applicable to its operations.Approves Bank Contracts with Suppliers and other vendors and ensure efficient management of Creditor and Debtor Cycles in order to guarantee business continuity.
