Francistown Garage (PTY) Ltd is major Toyota Dealership in Botswana

invites applications for the above post to be based in Francistown.

The ideal candidates should furnish clear proof of the following;

• Knowledge of the motor industry minimum of 15 years.
• Having worked in a Franchised Dealership as a general manager at least 10 years, including minimum of 5 years with Toyota.
• Having good knowledge of vehicle sales and marketing.
• Having an understanding of used car valuation and conditions of trade-ins.
• Having sound knowledge of mechanical issues and parts/ accessories.
• Having knowledge of trucks.
• Having good understanding of financial matters.
• Strong communication skills to deal with customers and suppliers and ability to manage customer satisfaction index. (CSI)
• Ability to co-ordinate, motivate and control the different departments of the organization to achieve the primary objective of the company.
• Having idea of latest environmental policies.
