Networking knowledge
Setting up and or troubleshooting the following devices:
– Managed / Unmanaged switches.
– Wireless Access Points

Setting up or troubleshooting network settings specific, but not limited, to the following
– TCP/IP Settings
– DNS Settings

Telephony knowledge
– Troubleshooting basic VOIP problems.
– Configuring basic VOIP settings.
– Knowledge of cloud based services a bonus.
– Problem solving mindset.
– Willingness to work shifts.
– Eagerness to learn.
– Self-motivated and driven.

Optionally, the ideal candidate should have at least some programming or scripting experience in any of the below languages:
– C#
– VB
– SQL

If not, the candidate should have the willingness to learn and understand object orientated and event driven programming languages and techniques to assist with debugging and troubleshooting proprietary, in-house, developed software.

The successful candidate will report to the Systems Manager / Programmer.
