ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – JB SPORTS

JB SPORTS is looking for someone to join our personnel as

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Reconcile Invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Create and update expense
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Maintain digital and physical financial reports.
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Controlling credit and chasing.
• Managing petty cash transactions.

KEY SKILLS

• Should of smart appearance and fluent in both English & Setswana.
• Well mannered and confident.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organisational & great numerical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• AAT level 3 (Diploma in Accounting) or equivalent.
• Experience as an Accounts Assistant.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
