SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – BASIL READ (950000 per annum salary)

Basil Read (Limited), a JSE listed company specializing in Construction and Infrastructure development hereby advertises a vacancy in the following position; to cater for anticipated growth of the company in Botswana and neighbouring SADC countries:

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

The successful individual will need to have the following minimum qualifications or a related qualification and/or relevant experience:

• 15-20 years’ experience in a related senior management role
• BSc in Engineering or Equivalent Higher Diploma essential and applicant must be registered with the ERB in a Professional
• Commercial Management experience
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract
• Experience in Estimating and Tendering of Major Projects.
• Project planning I Management and resource Management experience I qualification
• General Financial management experience
• Management of construction projects in the international environment
• Computer Literacy (MS Excel, MS Project, CCS, Auto Cad, Civil Designer. Ally Cad)

• Must be able to travel within Botswana and to RSA on short notice
• Must have valid passport

Remuneration package offered between P850 000.00 and P950 000.00 per annum commensurate with experience and qualifications-

Piace of Work: Primarily based in Gaborone, but will oversee entire Botswana and SADC operations.
