Bradlows is looking for an experienced Area Manager for the Botswana North area.

Drive operational excellence and execution within the Area in order to ensure the sustainability, profitability and growth of the Area aligned to the Chain strategic objectives.

1. Drive the achievement of targets in order to maximise profitability
2. Manage and control stock management within the Area
3. Analyse profitability within the Area and formulate plans for improvement
4. Manage adherence to legislation and risk management standards within the Area
5. Team Human Resources management

• Relevant qualifications with 3- 6 years Retail experience in Management

• MS Office proficiency
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Retail and Consumer Finance environment

• Relevant SAP Management Reporting
• Relevant SAP proficiency

• In-depth knowledge of JD Group policies, practices, processes and systems is advantageous.
