Duties and Responsibilities:

The Applicant will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian Cuisines such as Curries, Indian Breads, Traditional Desserts, Tandoori Dishes and Asian Fusion Dishes.

Other responsibilities will include control of provisions, supervising and managing the Kitchen Staff and maintaining the quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Qualification

• Certificate or Diploma in Food Craft and Culinary Arts.

Experience

• 10 years experience required.
