PRICING SPECIALIST (RE-ADVERTISEMENT) – BTC

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Consumer Products.

The incumbent will be required to provide professional inputs to business cases for  new products and on product pricing and work with product teams to define product pricing.

You will be expected to work closely with Finance (Budgeting and Planning Department) to align the product prices to corporate financial objectives and constraints, and coordinate the financial elements of business cases for investment in products and services.

You will analyse the costs of developing a new product and calculate potential returns on investment, review the costs and prices of all BTC products and services, advising on price adjustments.

Ensure full compliance with telecommunications licence provisions, sector regulations and competition laws.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Business Administration,  Marketing, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent, supported by 6 years’ experience in coordinating market research in a telecommunications environment and/or product management. Financial/Accounting experience is an added advantage
