JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the management of assigned facilities, residential, industrial or commercial properties to satisfy the requirements of the ownership and tenants, to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.

The position reports to General Manager Property and Administration Position requirements

QUALIFICATION:

• Degree in Estates, Property Management, Construction Management OR Diploma in Estates, Property Management and Construction Management.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 or 4 years in Property, Estates and/or FacilitiesManagement for degree holders and diploma holders respectively.
